Overview

The fund will invest within the legal investment restrictions in various investment instruments, including equities in companies based in Italy, fixed-income securities and money market investments. The fund can use derivatives on a large scale; these include both stock-exchange-listed derivatives and OTC instruments. The fund's investment target is to achieve long-term, above-average capital growth with simultaneous risk limitation through adequate diversification.

The aim of the LYRA fund is to increase capital over the long term while limiting riskwith a suitable diversification within the limits of the restrictions established by law.The fund invests in different instruments, including small and mid-cap companies withtheir headquarters in the main European countries, fixed interest securities andmoney market instruments. The fund can use financial derivative instruments (Derivatives) for efficient portfolio management, both for hedging purposes andactively managing security investments. Individual securities, types of investmentsand currencies may be selected and screened, and the actual investment strategydirected, on an opportunistic basis.
